A children's play area can be found in a secure, fenced location by the entrance to the property.

It is often difficult to get an accurate impression of an accommodation through single photographs. We have therefore provided pictures from different perspectives where appropriate, and detailed floor plans to help give an overall image of the size and layout of the the Apartment.

The living room is very spacious and fitted with two solid 2-3 person sofas, 2 matching arm chairs, a good sized foot stool, a nest of side tables, a lovely rosewood sideboard and tv-board all arranged around an attractive marble coffee table. The area is wonderfully bright with large south-facing windows and access door to the balcony, through which spectacular mountain views can be enjoyed.
The room is equipped with a 43" Flat Screen SmartTV, DVD player, radio/CD player and a USB charging station, also board games, playing cards and books. Wifi connection is free and available throughout the property.

A private balcony accompanies the apartment, furnished with cafe-stlyle tables and matching chairs. Suitable seat cushions are provided.
The balcony can be accessed from both the living area and the master bedroom.
An attractive and important feature, the south-facing balcony provides an idyllic and peaceful area to relax and enjoy the wonderful panoramic mountain views.
In addition to the private balcony, guests of Apartment Speiereck can enjoy their own grill/picnic area set in a sunny location with views of the famous Sleeping Giant mountain range.
The area is equipped with a heavy picnic style bench set on a decking platform with kettle-grill available and at your own disposal.
The accompanying garden area is perfect for outdoor games or lounging in the sun and within easy reach of the apartment. Sunloungers, reclining sun chairs and deck chairs are provided.
For our younger guests an additional fenced and secure play area is located directly by the apartment entrance, equipped with a swing and climbing frame for your children's pleasure.
A private guest car park can be found at the property border within 30 meters of the apartment entrance.
The Kitchen is very well-equipped to meet self-catering needs, furnished with a nice kitchen range including a good selection of cupboards, drawers and shelves. The spacious dining area is fitted with a sizeable dining table and a combination of chairs and bench seating.
The sunny room features an attractive Skylight offering a tree-top view of the valley beyond the grounds of Haus Bellevue.
The kitchen and dining room is accessible through a connecting door from the living room.

The spacious family bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and matching bunk beds of solid pine construction. The king-sized bed is 180cmx200cm and fitted with 2 mattresses - suitable for a couple or for 2 people sharing. The bunk beds are equipped with firm mattresses and for use by adults as well as children.
A 3-door wardrobe provides plenty of hanging room with lots of deep shelving. A good selection of drawer sets and bedside units ensure that guests have plenty of storage space. The bedroom also has access to the balcony.
Apartment Speiereck with a one bedroom layout will easily cater for up to 6 people with flexible sleeping arrangements to suit Guests' needs.
An additional guest bed can be added to the family bedroom or altervatively a single or double sofa bed can be made available in the living room.

The tiled bathroom comprises of a corner shower, wash basin with large brightly lit mirror and WC. A hair dryer is also at your disposal.
The facilities have been designed with Guests' comfort in mind and with a selection of rails and ample shelving, provide plenty of places to hang towels and place toiletries.
The entrance to the apartment is at ground level where guests can enjoy the use of their own purpose built walking boot/ ski boot racks, a shoe rack and a place to hang coats.
The Apartment living accommodations are located up a short flight of stairs. All areas are joined by a spacious hallway where a generous number of coat hooks and an additional shoe rack can be found. The hallway area has a strong iron gate which serves as a child-protection-barrier for the stairway.
The Apartment is self-contained with own facilities and entrance area including shoe racks, entrance bench, coat rack and a boot rack. Thoughtfully equipped, the accommodation features many home comforts to support an easy self-catering vacation.
In addition the apartment is equipped with basic supplies to ensure an easy start to the vacation. These include toilet rolls, kitchen roll and a handfull of dishwasher tablets. Once these first supplies have been used, it is up to guests to buy more for themselves.

We are very proud of our house and to help maintain a high standard of accommodation we ask that guests refrain from wearing outside footwear inside the building. The Apartment entrance area is fitted with shoe and coat racks, a purpose builte bench and boot rack for ski/snowboard boots and hiking footwear.
Smoking is not permitted within the apartment. With consideration to other guests and residents, smoking outside of the property is OK providing cigarette butts are not deposited on the ground or in our plants! We can happily provide an ash try.
We love animals! But regret that we cannot accept pets in the apartments. If you are looking for pet-friendly accommodation we are happy to recommend a neighbouring accommodation.
The tariff is based on a 2 Person occupancy and calculated per night.
Each additional guest up to maximum occupancy is charged at a nominal rate of €15,- per person and night.
Price includes all utilities, linen and towels.
End Cleaning and Tourist Tax are billed separately.
