ACCOMMODATION
Haus Bellevue can be found in a sunny, idyllic position on the outskirts of St Michael in the heart of the Lungau Valley in Austria.
We offer you Apartment Speiereck: a well-appointed and spacious accommodation with own entrance, utilities and facilities including a private balcony with southerly aspect, furnished to accommodate outdoor dining and affording panoramic mountain views. A garden area with grill and picnic-style furniture is also at your own disposal with place for sunbathing and outdoor games. A children's play area can be found in a secure, fenced location by the entrance to the property.
The kitchen has been thoughtfully equipped to meet self-catering needs and the living accommodation is tastefully furnished, extremely well maintained and fitted with the comforts of a home.
The hosts live on site and are available to help during your vacation.
Apartment Speiereck can be reserved as either a one bedroom, one bathroom accommodation catering for 1 to 6 people, or with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for 2 to 8 people.

The apartment is equipped with basic supplies to ensure an easy start to the vacation. These include toilet rolls, kitchen roll and a handfull of dishwasher tablets. Once these first supplies have been used, it is up to guests to buy more for themselves.
Garden and Grounds
In addition to the private balcony, guests of Apartment Speiereck can enjoy their own grill/picnic area set in a sunny location with views of the famous Sleeping Giant mountain range.
The area is equipped with a heavy picnic style bench set on a decking platform with kettle-grill available and at your own disposal.
The accompanying garden area is perfect for outdoor games or lounging in the sun and within easy reach of the apartment. Sunloungers, reclining sun chairs and deck chairs are provided.
For our younger guests an additional fenced and secure play area is located directly by the apartment entrance, equipped with a swing and climbing frame for your children's pleasure.
A private guest car park can be found at the property border within 30 meters of the apartment entrance.

- A private uncovered car park is at your disposal with space for up to 3 guest cars.
- Cycle Racks and Storage
- A fixed and secure cycle rack can be found in a sheltered position in front of every apartment. Should you require more secure storage, your hosts are happy to offer overnight storage in their lockable garage by prior arrangement.
- Lockable Ski Equipment Room
- Guests have access to (and a key for) a ski equipment storage room. The room is insulated and fitted with wall to wall ski racks. Ski boots can be stored in the apartment entrance equipped with purpose built boot racks.
- Key Safe
- A key safe is provided for your convenience and located at the entrance to the apartment.
- For our smallest guests
- We are happy to provide use of a travel cot and/or high chair free of charge, subject to availability. Please state your requirements when booking.
- BBQ
- A sunny grill area and kettle-style barbeque is at your personal disposal. Grill tools are provided. Coals not included!
Winter BBQ must be booked in advance of arrival.
- Washing and Drying Service
- A washing and/or drying service is available to all guests. The cost is €15 per load of washing or drying. The service time to be arranged between guest and host. Clothes-horse and pegs provided in each apartment for the purpose of outdoor drying.
- Iron and Board
- A steam iron and ironing board can be found in the apartment.
We are very proud of our house and to help maintain a high standard of accommodation we ask that guests refrain from wearing outside footwear inside the building. The Apartment entrance area is fitted with shoe and coat racks, a purpose builte bench and boot rack for ski/snowboard boots and hiking footwear.
Smoking is not permitted within the apartment. With consideration to other guests and residents, smoking outside of the property is OK providing cigarette butts are not deposited on the ground or in our plants! We can happily provide an ash try.
We love animals! But regret that we cannot accept pets in the apartments. If you are looking for pet-friendly accommodation we are happy to recommend a neighbouring accommodation.
