Directly by the entrance, a private furnished patio offers lovely views of the mountainous landscape.
Heating is provided throughout by very effective thermostatically controlled radiators. The temperature of each radiator unit and therefore of each room can be adjusted manually to suit the requirements of every guest.

It is often difficult to get an accurate impression of an accommodation through single photographs. We have therefore provided pictures from different perspectives where appropriate, and detailed floor plans to help give an overall image of the size and layout of the the Apartment.
The living area is very spacious and furnished with a large 2-3 person sofa, 2 matching single seat chairs, a foot stool, TV Lowboard and a chest of drawers arranged around a central table. A nest of side-tables complete the furiture. To the front the large windows looking out over the garden and valley.
The room is equipped with a Flat Screen TV, DVD player, radio/CD player and a USB charging station, also board games, playing cards and books. Wifi connection is free and available throughout the property.

Each apartment is equipped with it's the own outdoor living area.
Guests of Apartment Grosseck can enjoy their own pretty patio area, furnished with a solid wood corner bench and matching table located in a south-easterly position directly by the entrance to the Apartment.
A further garden bench is reserved for guests of this apartment a can be found seated at the front of the accommodation and under the protection of the balcony above.
Sun loungers and seat cushions are also provided for your personal use.
The peaceful position has sunny, southerly perspective and offers panoramic mountain views.
A kettle grill is provided free of charge and at your own personal disposal. During the summer the BBQ can be found next to the entrance to your apartment. Grill tools and a cleaning brush are provided.Winter BBQ must be booked in advance of arrival

The Dining area of this apartment is located conveniently opposite the kichen and in traditional Austrian in design with built in corner seating, two additional dining chairs and a solid table all constructed and carved out of heavy Pine.
The bedroom is nicely fitted with solid pine furniture. The room is equipped with a double bed which is 200cm wide and fitted with 2 mattresses - suitable for a couple or 2 people sharing. The wardrobes are large with lots of hanging room, deep shelves and drawers. There is also an additional coat rack.
Apartment Grosseck will comfortably cater for up to 5 people with flexible sleeping arrangements to suit Guests' needs. In addition to the double bedroom, the double and single sofa seats can all be extended to form very comfortable and full-sized sofa beds. Depicted left, the double sofa bed - 180cm wide, 200cm long and fitted with 2 sofa-style firm mattresses.
A curtain can be drawn across the entrance to the living area, effectively creating a second private sleeping area - ideal for 2 couples wanting to share an apartment but have their own bedroom.
Please note that although there are 6 sleeping places, the maximum occupancy is 5 People
The tiled bathroom is of a good size with corner shower, wash basin, towel rails, a hair dryer and a glass shelving unit for the convenient placement of toiletries.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Guests of each apartment can enjoy their own outdoor living area.
On the ground floor guests can enjoy their own private patio area furnished with table and chairs or benches and with additional own garden bench.
The largest apartment has a private furnished balcony and during the summer, a further garden space located to the rear of the house. The area is equipped with a garden table and benches for outdoor dining and grilling. An additional garden bench in a sunny position can alrea be found in this location.
Sun loungers and suitable seat cushions, also a BBQ accompany each apartment and are at your personal disposal.
The outdoor living areas all feature a southerly, sunny aspect with panoramic mountain backdrop.
The open garden and general grounds are flor the shared enjoyment of all guests. A purpose built play area with swing and climbing frame is provided for your children's pleasure.
The Apartment units are self-contained with own facilities and entrance area including shoe racks, entrance bench, coat rack and a boot rack. Thoughtfully equipped, the accommodation features many home comforts to support an easy self-catering vacation.
In addition all apartments are equipped with basic supplies to ensure an easy start to the vacation. These include toilet rolls, kitchen roll and a handfull of dishwasher tablets. Once these first supplies have been used, it is up to guests to buy more for themselves.

We are very proud of our Apartments and to help maintain a high standard of accommodation we ask that guests refrain from wearing outside footwear inside the building. Each Apartments' entrance area is fitted with shoe and coat racks, a purpose builte bench and boot rack for ski/snowboard boots and hiking footwear.
Smoking is not permitted within the apartments. With consideration to other guests, smoking outside of the property is OK providing cigarette buts are not deposited on the ground or in our plants! We can happily provide an ash try.
We love animals! But regret that we cannot accept pets in the apartments. If you are looking for pet-friendly accommodation we are happy to recommend a neighbouring accommodation.
The tariff is based on a 2 Person occupancy and calculated per night.
Each additional guest up to maximum occupancy is charged at a nominal rate of €5,- per person and night.
Price includes all utilities, linen and towels.
End Cleaning and Tourist Tax are billed separately.
