Final Cleaning

Final cleaning is not included in the rental price and must be paid once. The amount is fixed, regardless of the duration of the stay. The cleaning fee is primarily used to prepare the apartment for the next guests.

Payment of the final cleaning fee does not mean that the apartment may be left in poor condition. Guests are required to return all items to their original place and report any damage or defects before departure.

Note: Damage is not covered by the final cleaning fee.


Local Taxes

Local taxes are determined by the authorities. They are mandatory for every visitor aged 15 and above staying overnight in Austria.


No Smoking!

Haus Bellevue offers non-smoking apartments; therefore, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside the apartment, while being considerate of other residents.

We kindly ask you not to leave cigarette or cigar butts around the house or in the garden. Please do not leave cans used as ashtrays outside or in flower beds — these can be blown away by the wind and pollute the surroundings. They also look unpleasant.

We are happy to provide you with an ashtray upon request (before arrival, at check-in, or during your stay). Please empty ashtrays in the general waste container.


Noise

Guests at Haus Bellevue can relax in a peaceful and idyllic environment. We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining this atmosphere.

As your hosts, we are generous and tolerant of holiday activities. However, Haus Bellevue is a family-friendly house where peace and privacy are highly valued.

Please be considerate of other guests, your hosts, and the neighborhood to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.


Music and Noise

Sound travels easily through the building and surroundings. To avoid disturbing other guests, we kindly ask you to keep music at a moderate level.

In general, and especially for young children (and your hosts), whose bedtime is earlier, noise and music — both inside and outside — should be reduced after 8:00 PM.

Loud music is not tolerated at any time in or around the house. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.


Outdoor Area

Many guests and neighbors enjoy spending peaceful evenings outdoors. Please be aware that loud behavior outside may disturb others.

This also applies during the day, for example when others are enjoying meals or relaxing in the sun. Noise is more acceptable during the day than in the evening, but we kindly ask you and your children to respect others at all times.


Waste

Please do not dispose of waste in the garden, parking area, sidewalks, or street. This includes cans, wrappers, chewing gum, and cigarette or cigar butts.

All waste must be disposed of in the appropriate bins. Cigarettes and cigars should be placed in ashtrays.

Do not leave garbage bags, cans, or other items in flower beds or plant pots.


Keys and Key Boxes

Upon arrival, you will receive a set of keys for the apartment entrance. A second set can be provided if needed.

Near the apartment entrance, you will find a separate key for the ski room.

Please keep your keys safe and do not lose them.

Important: Do not take the large ski room key outside; please leave it inside the apartment.

All keys must be returned at the end of your stay. Lost keys will be charged from €25 per key.

A key safe is available next to the entrance. The code can be found in the information folder.


Garden, Property, Playground

To ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests, we kindly ask you to follow these garden rules:

  • Fenced areas are clearly marked. Except for the playground, all fenced areas are for private use of residents and guests.
  • Keep gates closed at all times, except when entering or leaving.
  • Treat all equipment and furnishings with care and use them only for their intended purpose. Please return items (e.g., sun loungers, cushions, barbecue equipment) after use.
  • Parents are responsible for their children. We cannot accept liability for accidents or injuries caused by improper use of the playground.
  • Please be mindful of flower beds, pots, plants, garden decorations, solar lighting, and security cameras.
  • Boundary stones in the garden and flower beds must not be used as toys.
  • At the edge of the parking area there is a row of trees and an irrigation system in the flower bed. Do not enter or use this area as access to the garden.
